36. What documents and materials are needed for the whole used-equipment export process?

The documents for used-equipment export fall into three categories: company qualifications, basic customs-declaration documents, and supporting special documents. 
1. Company qualifications: lawful import-export business rights and official filing materials; for special categories of old mechanical/electrical equipment, the Old Mechanical & Electrical Products Export License must be obtained in advance according to equipment type and destination country. 
2. Basic customs-declaration documents: customs declaration form, commercial invoice, packing list and quality certificate; equipment model, specification, quotation and delivery period must be accurate in all documents. 
3. Supporting special documents: certificate of origin, equipment testing report and the corresponding export license.
