60. Can COC be obtained for diesel buses to Côte d'Ivoire? What docs are needed?

The overseas party must provide FDI; the domestic party provides a commercial invoice with HS codes (matching the FDI), a packing list, and panoramic photos of each product name (background must be clear of clutter). Vehicles additionally require the three vehicle certificates — factory inspection conformity certificate, compulsory product certification vehicle consistency certificate, and environmental information list (these three come with brand-new vehicles), plus the CCC certificate if available.

Provide the inspection time, location and full contact name; inspection is required but not loading supervision.

Submit materials at least 7 working days in advance; after review passes, inspection is scheduled, and the certificate is issued 6–12 working days after inspection passes. The fee is quoted based on the FDI product names and cargo value.
