Before sea export, all hydraulic oil and cutting fluid must be drained; oil-bearing cargo cannot be loaded into the container. If the oil must be shipped alongside, declare it separately, provide an MSDS, and if it is dangerous goods, also obtain the dangerous-goods packaging certificate.
