Requiring an export licence: road dump trucks, flatbed trucks, passenger coaches, new-energy heavy trucks, tractor units, etc. Among these, tractor units and road dump trucks are priority categories for customs scrutiny, so the documents must be fully prepared in advance.
Not requiring an export licence: excavators, bulldozers, road rollers, motor graders, concrete mixer trucks, sanitation vehicles, etc.
