Bloom Supply Chain Co-work & Symbiosis Forum Concludes Successfully in Changsha
Resource Integration, Hunan-Africa Expansion and AI-driven Digital Transformation
(Changsha, June 6, 2026)The Sharelogis Freight Forwarder Co-work & Symbiosis Forum officially concluded successfully at Orange Isle, Changsha, on June 6, 2026. Jointly organized by Sharelogis Group and Bloom Supply Chain, the event brought together freight forwarding company owners, regional partners and industrial elites from across the country. Against the backdrop of fierce global market competition and continuous industrial upgrading, the forum was designed to break down regional resource barriers and build an open communication platform for practitioners of cross-border logistics. Three themes dominated the two-day agenda: resource integration and co-work among forwarders, Hunan-Africa economic and trade cooperation, and the digital transformation driven by AI and RPA technologies.
Co-work & Symbiosis: Connecting National Freight Forwarding Resources
Co-work & Symbiosis: Connecting National Freight Forwarding Resources
A pre-forum dinner was held on June 5 for ice-breaking and casual communication, creating a relaxed atmosphere for attendees to meet peers and lay a foundation for follow-up cooperation. On the forum day, each participating enterprise delivered a detailed self-introduction within the limited time, presenting core business routes, superior logistics resources, main business sectors and cooperation intentions. One-on-one in-depth resource docking and business negotiation followed immediately, and many companies reached preliminary cooperation agreements on channel sharing and business collaboration during the face-to-face communication.

Throughout the event, participants exchanged views frankly on market changes, operational difficulties and the long-term development of the freight forwarding industry. A broad consensus was reached: standalone operation is no longer adaptable to the current market environment, and only close collaboration and resource complementation can help enterprises get through challenges and seize new opportunities.
Hunan-Africa Trade and Multi-region Expansion Plan Unveiled
A special seminar on Hunan-Africa economic and trade cooperation became one of the highlights of the forum. With strong national policy support for China-Africa cooperation, two national-level economic and trade platforms targeting Africa have settled in Hunan Province. Relying on superior industrial matching capabilities, Hunan's trade volume with Africa has ranked first among central and western Chinese regions, showing tremendous development potential for related logistics and freight forwarding businesses.

Founded in June 2025, the Hunan-Africa Chamber of Commerce now has more than 200 member enterprises and has built a complete service system for overseas investment and cross-border trade. The chamber plans to set up liaison offices in 53 African diplomatic countries to build a comprehensive global resource network, holds weekly project seminars to promote the implementation of China-Africa cooperation projects, provides full-process services for overseas investment filing, and builds a talent exchange platform for two-way matching of labor resources.

In the communication session, the chamber expressed strong willingness to cooperate with global freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain enterprises to expand overseas logistics channels for China-Africa trade. Beyond the African market, the future layout will also cover Russia, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other key regions with booming cross-border trade. As the organizer, Sharelogis put forward a proposal to become the exclusive partner of the chamber for logistics, freight forwarding and document services, leveraging its mature global network and rich overseas service experience to supplement the chamber's overseas resource layout.
AI & RPA Reshape the Freight Forwarding Industry
AI & RPA Reshape the Freight Forwarding Industry
Digitalization and intellectualization have become the inevitable trend of the global freight forwarding industry, and the application of AI and RPA technologies took the spotlight at the forum. Industry experts shared the three generations of system iteration in the sector: the first generation was local data storage systems only for daily record keeping; the second generation was cloud-based analysis systems that automatically generate reports and push data to management terminals; the third generation, currently leading the industry, is AI large model real-time decision-making systems capable of independent data operation and instant decision-making. Top freight forwarding companies and shipping enterprises have fully deployed such intelligent systems and gained obvious competitive advantages.

RPA technology enables enterprises to build fully automated customs clearance solutions with zero additional cost, realizing automatic entry of customs declaration forms and certificates of origin as well as one-window automatic declaration, which effectively reduces manual work, lowers human error rates and greatly accelerates clearance progress. The self-developed AI agent "Longxia" is another practical tool well received by the industry, allowing a single operator to control 3 to 5 computers at the same time and efficiently complete repetitive work such as logistics declaration, document entry and data verification.

The popularization of intelligent technology is reconstructing the value system and organizational structure of the industry. Traditional standardized work like customs classification and foreign trade document production can now be completed efficiently by AI tools; middle management posts responsible for information transmission are gradually simplified, making enterprise organizations flatter. The threshold for individual entrepreneurship in freight forwarding is significantly lowered, while practitioners' core competitiveness shifts to problem judgment, result analysis and customer relationship maintenance. Participants agreed that AI and RPA can only replace standardized mechanical work, and offline communication and trust building between partners remain irreplaceable. In the fierce global market competition, enterprises that actively embrace digital tools will occupy a more favorable position.
